At Shop K-Beauty, J-Beauty, & C-Beauty, we want you to love your skincare ritual; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent any damage during the transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
